“THE GLORY OF JESUS IS REVEALED IN THE TRANSFIGURATION”

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, today we paid attention to words of God from the Sacred Scriptures reminding us to be cautious and watchful in the most natural sounding way for us, activities and deeds, with the goal that we don't wind up falling into the way of transgression and sin. For that reason we need to pay attention to the Lord and His lessons, His reality and love. We need to notice the lessons and all that He has given to us and uncovered through His Church, so we don't wind up going down some unacceptable way throughout everyday life and be isolated again from the Lord.

In the first reading today, we listened from the letter of St. James the Apostle with regards to the significance for us all as Christians to be watchful with our words, with our activities and deeds, for it is generally very simple for us to commit sin through our tongues and our hands, and the things that we have gotten and been honored with, our words, intelligence and gifts can be handily utilized for the two things that are great or devilish, contingent upon our aims.

As St. James carefully said, that we should not underestimate our words and activities, for even with the apparently least critical and littlest of those words and activities, we can cause really incredible and brilliant deeds, as well as extremely insidious and awful demonstrations that can achieve a great deal of torment and experiencing on others, regardless of whether straightforwardly or by implication, or whether actually or intellectually or even both. In our Gospel section today, we heard then of the Lord whose appearances was changed before the eyes of His three significant followers, Peter, James and John at Mount Tabor. The transfiguration of Jesus is the most important event that demonstrate lot about Jesus. It reveals that Jesus is perfect God and perfect Ma. It shows that Jesus is true God from true God, Light from true light. The transfiguration discloses that Jesus is the fulfilment of the Law and the Prophets. Jesus is the Son of God. Jesus the perfect teacher and the savior. At that event, the three saw the Lord celebrated, uncovering His real essence to them, as the Divine Word Incarnate, as One Who was not only the Son of Man, as the Savior of the world, yet additionally as the Son of God, the Divine Word of God, the Logos, manifest in the flesh, showing His genuinely unbelievable brilliance and magnificence at that event on the mountain ridge.

Having seen all that they had seen, the three followers were reminded by the Lord to pay attention to the words that His Son has spoken, and to follow Him in whichever way that He would be driving them towards. The Lord needed every one of them to confide in the most natural sounding way for Him, in His insight, truth and love. What's more that is by and large the way in which they would have the option to track down their direction through life, and doing what the Lord had trained them to do. It is by putting God as the focal point of their lives, and permitting Him to lead them and guide them in their way.

Unfortunately, brethren in Christ, as a general rule, a significant number of us like to reveal in our own thoughts and decisions, disregarding the updates and the insight that God has given to us. We like to do things that we believe is an ideal best for us, and in doing as such, we might wind up making hurt and enduring others through our words, our activities and deeds similarly as I referenced before. Also that is on the grounds that numerous while perhaps not the greater part of us will quite often ponder ourselves and our requirements first, before contemplating others or considering about them.

In this way, for that reason today we all as Christians are reminded that all of us need to divert our consideration and concentration towards God. We are completely reminded that we really want to have confidence and sureness in the Lord, and permit Him to direct us in our activities and regardless, or there will be consequences, any other way, we might wind up falling in our way towards God and His salvation, and end up in some unacceptable way throughout everyday life, as we follow the enticements of our longings and our impulses rather than following the genuine way towards God and His salvation.

We all are called to be more careful against the numerous enticements surrounding us, and the charms of transgression. We need to extend our relationship with God, and the most ideal way is for us to constantly save some quality time with the Lord, speaking with Him, talking with Him while simultaneously, and putting forth the attempt to pay attention to Him talking in the wisdoms of our souls and brains. Over and over again we have been occupied by the numerous things that happened surrounding us, our self-image, avarice and want among numerous different interruptions that got us far from discovering the way to God and His affection.

Let us therefore, to give a valiant effort to follow the Lord and extend our confidence and relationship with Him from here on out. May the Lord keep on looking after us and stay with us, directing us through in our excursion towards His effortlessness and love. May God accompany us and favor us in all our produce works, endeavors and tries, presently and consistently. Amen.
