"ISRALITES POSSESION OF GOD"
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, today as we paid
attention to the Words of the Sacred Scriptures, we are completely helped to
remember the requirement for every one of us to be changed in our lives through
Christ and through our confidence in Him so our lives might be commendable as
Christians, and be great motivations and we may likewise be good examples for
each other in how all of us should carry on with up our lives every day. God
has shown us the way to Him, and what we want to do is to embrace Him and to
set ourselves up to be great Christians, respectful and perceptive of God's Law
and instructions.
In our most memorable reading today, taken from the Book
of the prophet Ezekiel we heard the expressions of the Lord approaching each of
His people to leave their fiendishness, their detestable ways and every one of
the wrongdoings they had carried out, and to go to Him with another heart. He
let them know all that He would give them each of the another heart,
supplanting their old insidious unfeeling nature and giving them another heart
loaded with affection and life, through which they will draw nearer to God, washed
from their transgressions and disasters, getting once again to Him, and
rejoined with Him, to be His people and be honored and loaded up with elegance
by and by.
In those days, the Israelites had went however a load of
adversities and difficulties, with their realms and country obliterated, them
removed from their territories and embarrassed by losing the grounds of their
predecessors. They and their progenitors had resisted the Lord, deserted His
Law and decrees, declining to pay attention to and submit to the Law of the
Lord, and solidifying their hearts and psyches against Him. They venerated
agnostic symbols and divine beings, and in any event, abusing and killing the
prophets and couriers whom God had shipped off them to help and help them to
remember their commitment and calling as His people.
Accordingly, due to the solidifying of their souls, a
significant number people of God had been divided from Him, and many were lost
to Him, falling into the way of wrongdoing and likely to timeless punishment.
This is a destiny which the Lord's illustration in our Gospel entry today
likewise repeated. In that illustration, the Lord discussed a ruler who
facilitated a wedding feast for his child, and when he welcomed his visitors,
those visitors would not pay attention to him or to go to the dinner in spite
of the updates and the solicitations that they had shipped off them,
rationalizing and, surprisingly, annoying and killing those workers whom the
lord had shipped off them, an unsaid examination with the condition of how people
of God oppressed the prophets and couriers of God before.
In this way, the Lord sent another solicitation to the new
bunch of visitors, after he had rebuffed and squashed that multitude of
disgraceful and degenerate visitors who wouldn't go to the wedding meal. The
ruler called forward everybody to come to his meal, calling them from a wide
range of spots, which is a reference to how the Lord has called everybody,
every one of the offspring of humanity, and in addition to the Israelites any
longer, to be His devotees and supporters, and to go into His realm and method
of truth. The Lord approached us all to go into His meal, to celebrate together
in His presence forevermore.
Notwithstanding, obviously, to go to a meal, or any
significant occasion, there are sure assumptions for us to satisfy, and one of
them is that we must be appropriately dressed and attired. Indeed, even at the
hour of the Lord Jesus, when a considerable lot of people were poor, during the
hour of any strict celebrations and festivities, people would in any case come
wearing the best garments they could manage or which they had, that they could
commendably be available in the festival. That is alluding to our perspectives
and our approach to carrying on with our lives with confidence, brothers and
sisters in Christ. On the off chance that we are to come to the presence of the
Lord, would it be a good idea for us not give a valiant effort to carry on with
our lives as indicated by His methodologies?
For that reason we heard what befell the visitor who came
without the wedding piece of clothing, or a piece of clothing appropriate to be
worn into that occasion. The lord asked the visitor and afterward sent that
contemptible visitor out, cast out to experience in the obscurity, much as the
people who had dismissed his greeting in any case. This is a significant wake
up call that except if we come to the Lord with a heart and brain loaded up
with affection for Him, with veritable and genuine confidence, then we can have
no bearing with Him and in Him in His realm. What's more, on the off chance
that we stay obstinate with this disposition, tragically our part will be to
get through perpetually the misery and the perdition that accompanies our own
cognizant dismissal of God's affection, elegance and truth.
Brothers and sisters in Christ, let all of us remember
every one of these as we keep on advancing perpetually in our lives, and remind
ourselves to keep devoted to God no matter what and consistently. We ought to
eliminate from ourselves all impurities of devilishness and disasters, all
tenacity and permit the Lord to transform us and our hearts and psyches
similarly as He had said that He would do. Allow us to allow the Lord to put in
every one of us a new, energetic heart, living and energetic with love for
Himself and for our brethren, and eliminate from ourselves our previous cold
demeanors, brimming with tenacity, pride and self image.
May the Lord keep on directing every one of us and help us
in our excursion of life, that we might keep on strolling reliably in His
attendance consistently. May God favor us and our great endeavors in general
and tries for His more prominent magnificence. Amen.
